Then, you will be contacted by up to 3 different dealers who will make offers on your car. You can then choose whether to accept their offers or not. Use of Vehiclevaluation.ae

It is not allowed to use Vehiclevaluation.ae to spread viruses. If there is suspicion of use that violates the terms, such as false valuations, Vehiclevaluation.ae may block the service for the current user.

Responsibility and Relationship with Buyers

Vehiclevaluation.ae collaborates with selected car dealers. We cannot guarantee that the offers are the best on the market. Vehiclevaluation.ae only offers negotiation for your car.

What Happens When I Accept an Offer?

When both the customer and the dealer are satisfied with the price, the car dealer will contact you. If you, as a customer, choose to back out of the deal after the agreement, you will be charged a breach of agreement fee. This cost is to cover expenses incurred by both the car dealer and Vehiclevaluation.ae in assisting you, as well as to compensate the buyer who expected to receive the car and may have booked transportation/inspection.

You may be charged if you are not honest about the vehicle.

If a buyer comes to you and the car has major problems that prevent the buyer from purchasing the car or if the buyer is no longer interested due to undisclosed issues, you may be charged. This cost covers the buyer’s time and travel. Therefore, we ask you to be honest about the condition of the car.

Communication

All communication with Vehiclevaluation.ae takes place digitally.

The date of the latest update of the terms of use is indicated at the top of this page. We reserve the right to make changes to the terms of use of Vehiclevaluation.ae at any time and without prior notice.

Legal Proceedings and Disputes

Disputes arising from the use of Vehiclevaluation.ae should primarily be resolved through a direct agreement between the parties. If this does not work, the dispute can be taken to court.
